Helotes Economic Development Corp. (HEDC) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the purpose of qualifying Consultants to optimize the City’s existing parks and recreation resources and assets, as well as strategically plan for the future, the City and HEDC are interested in preparing a Parks and Recreation Master Plan for the Helotes Fitness Park and Disc Golf Course. (hereinafter “Project”).
