Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Helotes Economic Development Corporation during a meeting of the Board of Directors on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 7 P.M. in the Council Chambers of Helotes City Hall, 12951 Bandera Road, Helotes, Texas 78023 to consider the use of sales tax proceeds to undertake and fund Retailer and Commercial Tenant Improvement Program Performance Agreements with:
- Twin Brothers Hospitality Group, LLC in an amount not to exceed $20,000;
- Helotes Development Group, LLC in an amount not to exceed $20,000.
This notice shall constitute notice of one or more Type B project(s) pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Sections 505.158, 505.159, and 505.160.
Following the Public Hearing and the receipt of public input, the Board of Directors for the Helotes Economic Development Corporation may take action on the Projects at the same meeting.
